In my own life I’ve had so much change, in all 3 major areas of life. I’ve realised that the most problem and pain has come from attachment to ideas based on other people or externally rather than being in the power I have to take my own reality toward my vision. All we have is now and where we’re at, with what we’ve got, so start here now. I’ve also realised that expanding out of a comfort zone, is, well, uncomfortable.
